How Praxis handles the personal details you share with us. Written in plain English, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Who we are
Praxis, based in Delhi, operates this website. For any question about your data, contact us on ghidorah967@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form or chat: your name, your phone number, and the message you write. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked about. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our basis is the consent you give when you tick the consent box before submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry reaches our own team and the tools we use to run it (our website host, our messaging and email providers, and our automation platform). They process it on our instructions only.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 18. If a service involves a minor, we ask that a parent or guardian makes the enquiry, and we do not knowingly store a minor’s contact details.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Message us at ghidorah967@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If a chat assistant is enabled, it stores your conversation in your own browser tab only, so the chat survives page changes. It clears when you close the tab.

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
